Labeled this trip CITW 1, because it will be continued. The original trip plan was to include Routes 872, 120, 144 and 44. Due to a couple of breakdowns, we re-routed and made the best of the trip that we could. With that said, these roads we traveled were still worthy enough to mention. 92 was a beauty in the morning riding along side the Susquehanna. 87 was winding fun to ride. The old country comfort feeling was present. Lastly, 15 so far has to be the best highway Ive ever rode. The elevation of the ride, the up down and through the mountains, and the creeks and reservoirs below or along side...Flying like and eagle is the proper description. CITW 2 is already scheduled for 5/14.
