Actually, this is a mixed route. Get yourself to Salvaterra do Extremo. At the entrance of the village there is a cross where you should see a sign pointing to Segura. This road is very rural, mostly used by farmers and their animals, but was recently upgraded to a low quality tarmac. It is still a farmers road but a pleasure to drive. In summer keep in mind suncare, there is no shadows...At Segura, cross the river and you are in Spain. This section is very quick, with decent corners and speed sections.
