West side towards Crest fast and flowing, east got great series of hairpins at the col de cabre, great for knee down picture taking but be careful, very tempting to get carried away. East of the Col de Cabre be careful, no barriers, big drops and great corners!! Nice snack bar in the valley at the bottom of the col where the road passes between some tight rocky outcrops. A real bit of everything road.

I have seen one automatic camera and some cop in the village but village aren't a place to "essorer la poignée de gaz" so this police presence is not a big problem
