This ride combines the occasional nice group of sweeping corners with mostly scenic straights. Police presence is high from lake Bolac to Wickliffe, otherwise just empty country roads, the odd farmer, and views of the Grampions. Usual Kangaroo risk. One arrival in Willaura, try the bakery there..stunning. And from Willaura either return to Ararat, or head into the Grampions via Yarram Gap road.
